Yes. Pre-approved plans can be modified to better fit your garage layout, windows and doors, bathroom or kitchen layout, and intended use. All while still benefiting from a faster permitting process.

We focus on design, permitting, and coordination. Once your permit is approved, you may work with a contractor of your choice. We’re happy to coordinate with your builder during the process.
